Tournament license 
The description for the purchase of the tournament license has been sent to all participants by email tonight. Please follow the instructions exactly and enter the player’s name and club exactly as in the list. This is the only way to ensure a successful purchase and correct allocation. Foreign participants also need the tournament license! Please do this by 10.04.2025 so that we can continue planning. We can see online if you have a valid license. We therefore do not need proof. If you have any questions, please contact your mentor or Thorsten Boomhuis. 

Second questionnaire
We are currently evaluating the second GOOL questionnaire. Thank you very much for your interest in our supporting program. We are very happy about it. For those who have not yet completed the questionnaire despite our reminder, we can no longer guarantee that your wishes/bookings can still be implemented. We ask for your understanding.

Doubles / Mixed Partners and Classification
After the tournament licenses have been purchased, the tournament management will carry out the classification. We will publish this in good time. We will then ask for the doubles and mixed pairings. Please note the rule set out in point 8:
“Each pair plays in the class in which the player with the higher singles classification plays. A desired higher classification for singles has no effect on the classification in doubles and mixed.”

Accreditation
We are pleased that Magic Tischtennis from Bremen will be with us at the accreditation (28.05.2025) in the hall at the Querkanal. Here you will have the opportunity to renew or supplement your equipment. The chance to get competent advice and also to try out rackets and rubbers during training. We look forward to seeing you for accreditation, shopping and free training on 28.05.2025 from 12:00 to 18:00 in the HTV Halle (Diedrich-Dannemann-Str. 85, Wardenburg)!  Accreditation on 29.05.2025 in the Flötenteich Halle is only possible to a very limited extent.
