Accreditation

Arrival by car

Please note that access to the parking lot of the sports hall (Diedrich-Dannemann-Str. 85, 26203 Wardenburg) is via the access road at the Querkanal (2nd entrance). This is now signposted with a red sign (see photo). Please do not use the parking lot at the UP climbing park.

Arrival by VWG bus

Please note that not every bus on route 314 goes to the “Am Querkanal” stop – at 4 minutes past the hour and 34 minutes past the hour, the 314 leaves the ZOB in the direction of Wardenburg and stops at “Am Querkanal”. 

Accreditation procedure

We would like to ask you to enter the hall via the main entrance and first take an accreditation number from the number dispenser. In the hall and in the corridor in front of the accreditation room you will find a display of the numbers currently being called. Until your number is called, you are welcome to train in the hall, enjoy coffee and cake or greet friends and acquaintances.

As announced, the Magic Tischtennis Bremen team will have a stand in the hall and Cristian will be offering training sessions.

At the accreditation we kindly ask you to settle any outstanding bills for ordered meals, theater and opera tickets and city tours in cash or via PayPal.

Doubles and mixed pairings

You can check your registered pairings on the myTischtennis.de website. With very few exceptions, Thorsten has already been able to match up pairings. If you are still looking for a partner, you can find one via the partner exchange during the accreditation process.

The tournament management has updated the schedule. 

Supporting program

There are still places available for the lecture event on 30.5.2025. If you are interested, please let us know at the accreditation desk.

Unfortunately, there are currently no more tickets available for the play “kleine Schritte” with Wolfgang Krebs. There are only remaining tickets for the opera on 30.5.2025.

For organizational reasons, we have limited the city tour to two dates. These are 28.5.2025 at 18:00 and 30.5.2025 at 19:00. There are still places available.
