We, PingPongParkinson Deutschland e.V.. (Korbweidenweg 5, 48531 Nordhorn) , process personal data (name, first name, e-mail address) from you for the purpose of sending you our regular newsletters and registrations for events organized by us.

The legal basis for this is your consent in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a and Art. 7 EU-DSGVO as well as § 7 Para. 2 No. 3 UWG.

With your newsletter order, or by sending an online registration, you confirm that you would like to receive this in the future to the e-mail address you have provided and that you are identical with the person signing or returning.

A transmission to third parties does not take place. Your data will be stored as long as you wish to receive the newsletter. You have the right to information, to correction, to deletion (“being forgotten”), to restriction of processing, a right to object at any time, a right to data portability and a right to revoke your consent. In the event of a revocation, you will no longer receive a newsletter from us and all registration data will be deleted. In these cases, it is best to contact us via e-mail (Info(at)PingPongParkinson.de). You will receive a response as soon as we receive it.
If you believe that we are not processing your personal data properly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority.
