DECLARATION OF EXEMPTION

Declaration of Consent:

I agree that PingPongParkinson Deutschland e.V. (hereinafter “PPP e.V.”) may take photographs of me within the framework of the 3rd PPP German Open for reporting in media of PPP e.V. and media of third parties as well as for use in all other publications, such as brochures, websites, facebook, instagram etc.). This also applies to my name in connection with lists of participants, lists of results and press releases.

I further assign the rights to the personal image arising from photographs exclusively and free of charge to PPP e.V. for unlimited use, publication, dissemination and reproduction for reporting in PPP e.V. and third party media and other publications without restriction to specific means of communication (such as brochures, websites, facebook, instagram).

PPP e.V. is entitled to transfer the aforementioned rights of use to a third party (e.g. media partner) for the purpose of reporting without requiring my consent.
